My name is Rita Sher,
I have begun my rewarding career of providing care for seniors in 1997. Twenty years later, I am very proud of my accomplishments and continuous commitment to the most vulnerable and deserving part of our community. I dedicate my work to my grandmother who raised me from my early childhood due to my mother’s untimely passing.
I started my first residential care facility for the elderly in Sherman Oaks, CA. In over more than two decades, with the help of my husband, we expanded into the Hollywood area. We own and operate a few residential care facilities for the elderly and provide an outstanding care in a luxury homelike environment. The health, comfort, safety and dignity of our residents are our foremost goals. I am involved in the facilities’ operation on a daily basis.
Our two sons grew up volunteering in the facilities by entertaining the residents and spending time listening to their amazing life stories. These invaluable interactions shaped their lives and choices of career. Our older son became an elder law attorney and our younger son aspires to be a geriatric physician.
